What does success mean? When you are facing credit card debt issues, success might mean being able to sleep at night or taking the family out to dinner or being debt free. We will work very hard to resolve your credit issues and we will be proactive. However, we cannot resolve any of your issues without your direct involvement. As a team, we will both have to work hard and when we do, we will not be stopped.
You have many options, most of which are located out of North Carolina with multi-state presence are hard to hold accountable. At most of these companies, you will not be working with a North Carolina law firm (as required by law) and you will be assigned a client "number". This client "number" will be your name each time you try to call them. Also, you'll likely talk to a different person each time you call.
Signs that a company is not above board include if a company tells you to stop paying creditors or tells you that once you have signed with them your debt is resolved. They will also prey on your feelings of being overwhelmed, so be very careful.
